Sat Nam 
“I am the truth” , “Truth is my essence”. That would be the translation for this ancient sanskrit mantra, used in Yoga for milenia. 
 
Sat means “Truth” and Nam means “name”. Both these sounds’ vibration connects us directly with our most authentic truth, with our soul’s vibration.Both individual and universal truth become one, and inspire us in our own personal path. It invites us to fill ourselves with courage and express our deepest truth, not only for our own benefit but for that of the entire universe of which we are part.

The eye represents the window to the soul. And its infinite immensity fusionates with the colour of the universe. A tear shows the emotion that overwhelms us when you and I are one.
